Best Managers of the Republic

On February 27, 2004 in Kazan, the capital city of Tatarstan, there was held a ceremony of awarding of “Manager-2003” contest winners.

This contest took place for the third time. And again, upon results of the year, the Committee headed by Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime-Minister of Tatarstan, has announced the best managers in various fields of economics. So, this contest had already became traditional.

This year among nominees there were named over 200 managers, but only 145 of them have been chosen to participate at the contest. “The number of highly qualified and initiative men of enterprise grows constantly, and it becomes more and more difficult to single out the best among the equal”, - said Rustam Minnikhanov.

Sergey Kogoghin, Director General of KAMAZ Inc. has become the winner of the “The Best Top Manager of Machine building, Metal working, Instrument Engineering and Medical industry” nomination.
