Social Policy

KAMAZ is a socioresponsible partner functioning to create welfare for employees and maintain shareholders’ long-term interests, (from KAMAZ mission)
  • KAMAZ Inc. is a socioresponsible market enterprise. The Company assigns very high priority to social responsibility for employees.
  • Strong social policy is the key factor for stabilizing sociolabour relations in the Company, for increasing motivation, improving productivity and enhancing work efficiency, attracting qualified specialists.
  • Social policy is a core constituent of KAMAZ management system ensuring to achieve Company’s strategic goals.
  • Social policy is one of the chief elements on the basis of which KAMAZ corporate endeavor principles are formed.
  • Social policy of KAMAZ Inc. is realized through collective agreement of KAMAZ group of companies and local normative acts based on partnership with trade union.
