“KAMAZ Inc.” Open Joint-Stock Company was established in August 23, 1990 by privatization of “KAMAZ” Heavy-Duty Truck Production Complex of Plant of the USSR Automobile and Machinery Building Ministry. This was authorized by USSR Council of Ministers in its Resolution ¹ 616 dated July 25, 1990.

The company has been registered by the following bodies:
• Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny city Council of Delegates of Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with its Resolution ¹564 dated August 23, 1990. “KAMAZ “ was issued Registration Certificate ¹1.
• In August 1, 1991 under Registration Certificate ¹ 1 the Ministry of Finance of Tatarstan has registered it as “KAMAZ” Joint –Stock Company
• In accordance with the Russian Federal Law “On National Registration of Legal Entities” KAMAZ Inc. has been re-registered in the Russian Inspection of ÌNS in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny in the Republic of Tatarstan (Certificate ¹ 002422005, serial ¹ 16). That made it possible to include “KAMAZ Inc.” into the “National Register of Legal Entities of Russian Federation” under registration ¹ 1021602013971 from September 9, 2002.

Company profile:
• R&D, production, line assemble, after sale service of heavy-duty trucks and small-size passenger cars, diesel engines, various parts, units and sets of a vehicle.
• Production of tools, accessories and unique equipment, overhaul of power units and vehicle parts.
• Production of iron, steel non-ferrous castings, forging and stamping
• Domestic and foreign trading activities, etc.

KAMAZ Inc. comprises over 100 subsidiaries and dependent facilities. It has its shares in authorized capital of more than 50 various companies and enterprises.
